The floor

Cabinets built between 1980 and last year, standing shoulder to shoulder, none of them roped off and none of them taking a coin. Sit down at any of them and it plays.

The rare ones are the Sega cabinets. Twin-stick flight combat and a podracer cockpit that most arcades sold off years ago.

Shot on the floor, lights up, nobody in frame. The cabinet that looks worn is worn. It still plays.

A note on the license

Arcade 51 holds Florida beverage license BEV7408811, rank 2COP. In plain terms: beer and wine, consumed on the premises. There is no spirits license, so there are no cocktails, no whiskey, and no shots. If a review told you otherwise, it was wrong. Everything alcoholic is checked at the desk against valid ID.
